Mini window

Keep a small window beside your work or game to monitor folder changes, add comments and run backups without keeping the main window open.

Open and back up

Choose Mini window from a source's action menu in management. An existing window is brought forward. Each window remains bound to its source; switch between compact and expanded views to inspect feedback and trigger a backup.

Closing it stops that window's monitoring without deleting history. The app still performs the actual task; inspect results in Tasks and History.

Use a hotkey

The default Ctrl+Alt+A operates on the most recently activated Mini source. Change it in hotkey settings. With several windows open, activate the intended one first. MineRewind's current-world Alt+Ctrl+S and Alt+Ctrl+Z are separate shortcuts.

Check results

Review the source, comment and final task status. Smart or Rolling still needs a restore test. If the hotkey does nothing, check the last active window, key conflicts and source readiness. After moving between monitors, confirm the window remains visible.
